Privacy Notice
Last updated: 6 September 2026
This notice explains how Dweniva Systems Limited handles information submitted through this public website. It applies to demonstration requests, early-access enquiries, website project enquiries and direct communications initiated from the website.
1. Information we collect
When you request a demonstration or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, telephone or WhatsApp number, location, number of branches, business priorities and the content of your message. For website projects, we also collect your preferred contact method and contact details, a business description, project type, goals, any essential features you share, an optional website or social link, budget range and preferred launch timing. Basic technical information may also be recorded by our hosting provider for security and service operation.
2. Why we use it
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, understand whether Dweniva Ops is suitable for your business, arrange demonstrations, understand and scope a website project, arrange discovery conversations, provide requested information, improve our offering and protect the website from abuse.
3. Our basis for contact
We contact you because you submitted a request or directly initiated a conversation. We do not sell your enquiry information. We will not add you to unrelated marketing lists without an appropriate basis or consent.
4. Who may process the information
Authorized members of Dweniva Systems Limited may review enquiries. Website form submissions may be processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, as part of the form-delivery service. If you choose to send a website enquiry via WhatsApp, the page prepares a message containing your answers. You must tap Send in WhatsApp to share that message. The enquiry form does not save your answers in browser storage. Direct WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy practices.
5. Retention and security
We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, security and legal obligations. We take practical measures to restrict access, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information, stop non-essential follow-up, or explain what we hold about you, subject to legal and operational requirements.
7. Product customer data
This website notice is not the full privacy documentation for the Dweniva Ops application. Businesses entering a pilot or paid subscription will receive separate service, data-processing and product privacy terms before live operational data is onboarded.
8. Changes
We may update this notice as the website, company or legal requirements develop. The current version will remain available on this page.
